Bio

Francisco Mora graduated with a BFA from Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles, CA in 1991 with honors. For the last 30 years he has successfully coexisted in Fine Art and the Entertainment Industry.

His prolific venture as a visual development concept artist started at DreamWorks Animation SKG in 1995. After 15 years, he continued to spread his vision into other projects on companies such as Paramount Studios, Neversoft, Reel FX Studios, Disney Feature animation, Wink Animation, Original Force Studios, Brown Bag Studios; among others.  On the architectural side, he has a design background and within the entertainment environment designs for projects such as “The Ambassador Tank” at the Palms in Dubai (The emirates states) Atlantis (Paradise Island) in the Bahamas and The Schlitterbahn water park in New Braunfels, TX. In the last few years, he became Senior Concept Artist at one of the leader Virtual Reality Companies, TRIPP. Awarded as on the best inventions back in 2022 by Time Magazine. While there, he was in charge on solving visual story telling as well as constructing VR media design.

This versatile background has played along with his visceral, bold and storytelling painting style. His pieces have been exhibited mostly in California in solo and group shows among other well know international artists.
